Our no-cost services for Prevention and Treatment are designed with an understanding of the many different kinds of people we serve. Our goal is to provide easy access to the help and support you need.
If you are HIV Positive, we can provide a personal case manager to help you access a wide range of services, including cross-program referrals, home visits, Spanish-language services and more:
- Case Management: Our team can make sure that you have access to needed services like medical, dental and mental health service, drug treatment, legal assistance, nutrition and transportation.
- Housing: We can help you develop and realize an action plan for finding housing, employment, financial assistance, tenant advocacy and links to other supportive services.
We offer special programs for Homeless Youth, Women of Color, Needle Exchange, Prevention for Positives and other initiatives that target individuals and groups with education, prevention, treatment and advocacy.
